Pricing & performance
What is the minimum budget required to run a campaign with you?
Campaigns with our creator collective start at $6,000, featuring at least three creators across different platforms. We handle campaign planning, creator selection, coordination, and creator payments, so your team has one point of contact.
The content mix depends on your goals and budget. We’ll confirm the deliverables, reporting, and any additional costs in the proposal before you commit.
Packages using only our owned media channels start at $3,500. You can start with a single campaign, with no long-term commitment.
How is performance being tracked?
Impression reporting depends on the data available from the platforms where creators publish. We’ll discuss the available reporting for your chosen formats during campaign planning.
You can provide links with UTM parameters to identify campaign traffic in your own analytics. These parameters help attribute website visits; they do not measure impressions.
Before the campaign starts, we provide an estimate of expected impressions and clicks. You can follow creator involvement in your brand dashboard as the campaign runs.
Starting in Q1 2027, we plan to add our own tracking links to measure clicks and report those results in your dashboard, so you can compare click performance across creators. These links do not measure impressions; impression reporting will still depend on platform data.
What results can we expect?
We start with your budget, goals, and the audience you want to reach. Based on those details, we give you an indication of the reach and clicks you could expect.
These are estimates, not guaranteed results. Actual performance depends on factors such as audience fit, content, format, and your product and offer.
Do you charge fixed fees or performance-based pricing?
We use fixed campaign rates. Before you commit, we provide an estimate of expected impressions and clicks so you can assess the proposed campaign against your goals.
Your proposal sets out the agreed scope and price. Performance estimates help you plan; they are not guaranteed results or a pay-per-click pricing model.
How do payments work?
You get an invoice from us for the entire campaign, and we take care of paying all creators involved, so you don’t have to deal with multiple invoices in different currencies or with different tax rates. We handle the entire process.
Can you share results from previous campaigns?
Get in touch with your product and goals, and we can discuss relevant results from previous campaigns and what they could mean for your plans.
Past results provide useful context, but outcomes vary with the audience, content, and offer.
Campaigns
How do we get started?
Share your product, target audience, and budget, along with your goals and any preferred timing.
We’ll discuss a suitable campaign, propose creators, and provide an estimate of expected reach and clicks. We’ll confirm the scope and schedule before you commit, then handle campaign coordination and creator payments.
You can start with a single campaign, with no long-term commitment. Discuss your campaign.
Can we run a test or pilot campaign?
There’s no need to commit to a long-term contract or recurring campaigns. Simply start with a single campaign and see how it works for you.
Tell us your budget and what you want to achieve, and we’ll put together a proposal.
How far ahead should I schedule a campaign?
Share your preferred dates when you first contact us, especially for a launch or event. Timing depends on campaign scope, content formats, and creator availability.
Count on approximately 3–4 weeks from initial contact to campaign launch. We’ll discuss a workable schedule before you move forward.
Which platforms and content formats do you offer?
Our network reaches audiences across YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Substack/newsletters. Campaign formats can include educational videos, newsletter integrations, social posts, and technical explainers.
The mix depends on what you want to promote, your budget, audience, and availability. See our media kit and creator roster for more about the network.
How much coordination is required between brands and creators?
You provide the campaign brief: what you want to promote, your target audience, budget, goals, and messaging guidelines. We handle campaign coordination and creator involvement.
We’ll clarify any input needed from your team as part of the campaign setup.
Can you combine creators with your own media channels?
Let us know if you want to include Eggflame-owned channels alongside creator content. We’ll discuss whether there is a relevant fit and what is available for your campaign before agreeing the scope.
Audience & targeting
Who is your audience?
Our network reaches audiences across AI, data, and software engineering, including data scientists, software engineers, students, senior practitioners, and technical decision-makers.
We select creators for the audience you want to reach. Share your product and ideal customer profile so we can assess the fit and propose relevant creators.
Can you target by country or region?
To a limited extent. Almost all of our creators have a global reach, with audiences across many countries. Russia and China tend to be less represented, while the USA, Europe, and India are represented very well.
We target a very narrow, high-end technical profile. Can you cater for that?
Tell us the roles, technical specialties, and seniority you need to reach. We’ll assess the fit with our creator network and discuss the available reach before you commit.
For a specialist product, audience relevance matters more than a creator’s total follower count. We use your brief to propose creators whose expertise and audience match your needs, and explain any limits on the reach we can offer.
Content
Who creates the content?
That depends on the format. For newsletter integrations, we usually use text and banners provided by the client. For social posts, text and visuals are often created by the creators, based on your messaging guidelines and campaign brief. The same applies to video content.
Will I know exactly where my content appears?
Yes. You can follow the campaign in your dashboard and see which creators are involved. The campaign’s content formats and channels are part of the scope we discuss with you.
For details on the proposed lineup and how to raise concerns, see how we select creators for your campaign.
Can we provide messaging guidelines?
Yes. Share your key messages, product facts, preferred terminology, and any claims or topics to avoid as part of your brief. These give creators a clear foundation while leaving room to communicate naturally with their audience.
If you have specific review requirements, raise them during campaign setup so we can agree on the process.
Creator roster
What types of creators and publications do you work with?
Our network includes engineers, educators, and technical practitioners creating content about AI, data, and software engineering. Their channels include video, social platforms, and technical newsletters.
We’ve built our network by invitation, selecting high-quality, trustworthy creators with relevant expertise. For each campaign, we consider how well their content and audience fit your product and goals.
Explore a selection of creators and publications in our network.
Can we see which creators and publications will be included in our campaign?
Yes. We’ll propose creators for your campaign based on your goals, target audience, and creator availability. You’ll have an opportunity to flag any serious concerns about a particular creator, and we can adapt the lineup.
Once the campaign starts, you can follow creator involvement in your dashboard.
Can we choose which creators to work with?
We propose creators based on audience fit, expertise, and availability. Share your preferences and any restrictions in your brief so we can take them into account.
If your brand has a serious concern about a proposed creator, let us know and we can adapt the lineup. A particular creator’s participation depends on their availability.
